We run, we walk. We are a community of women who support each other and train together to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
Whether a beginner or a seasoned veteran, join our womenâ€™s walking/running group to train for your spring, summer or fallÂ 5k, half marathon or full marathon. Or join us to get fit and feel great!Â This will be a 12 to 16 week training class that will help you get to the start line of that spring, summer or fall race. Classes for 5k, fitness and half marathon training begin again on January 23, 2017. Train with us for the 500 Festival Mini marathon or any spring race that is on your calendar. Contact me if you want to train for a specific event and need a customized plan. We will also be training through the summer and fall if you would like to join us. We have many who do the Indy women’s half and then the Indianapolis Monumental marathon. This summer some of us will go to Chicago to run/walk the Rock N Roll half in July.
