We run, we walk. We are a community of women who support each other and train together to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

Whether a beginner or a seasoned veteran, join our women’s walking/running group to train for your spring, summer or fall  5k, half marathon or full marathon. You also have the option to join us for fun and fitness.  This will be a 14 to 16 week training class that will help you get to the start line of that spring, summer or fall race. Classes for 5k, fitness and half marathon training begin again July 30, 2018. Train with us for the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon, Half Marathon or 5k or any fall race on your calendar. In the Spring we train for the 500 Festival Mini marathon or 5k, or any spring race that is on your calendar. Contact me if you want to train for a specific event and need a customized plan. We train through the winter,spring and summer into fall if you would like to join us. We have many who do the Indy Women’s half, the Indy Half marathon at Fort Ben and then the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon. Training is downtown on Monday evenings at 6pm at Kroger 227 W. Michigan St. Indianapolis, IN 46204. We meet upstairs on the Mezzanine. You may park for free in the parking garage located under Kroger. Questions?  See our FAQ page.
