We run, we walk. We are a community of women who support each other and train together to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
Whether a beginner or a seasoned veteran, join our womenâ€™s walking/running group to train for your spring, summer or fallÂ 5k, half marathon or full marathon. You also have the option to join us for fun and fitness.Â This will be a 12 to 16 week training class that will help you get to the start line of that spring, summer or fall race. Classes for 5k, fitness and half marathon training begin again summer into fall of 2017. Train with us for the Monumental marathon, half or 5k or any fall race that is on your calendar. Contact me if you want to train for a specific event and need a customized plan. We train through the spring,summer and fall if you would like to join us. We have many who do the Indy women’s half and then the Indianapolis Monumental marathon. This summer some of us will go to Chicago to run/walk the Rock N Roll half in July.
