We run, we walk. We are a community of women who support each other and train together to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
Whether a beginner or a seasoned veteran, join our women’s walking/running group to train for your desired 5k, half marathon or full marathon. You also have the option to join us for fun and fitness. This will be a 14 to 16 week training class that will help you get to the start line of that designated race. Classes for 5k, fitness and half marathon training begin in January 2021. Train with us for the Indy Mini marathon or 5k, the Derby Half, the Illinois Half or any race on your calendar. Contact Founder and Head Coach Julie Patterson if you want to train for a specific event and need a customized plan. We hope you join us!

We train year round with our Pace coaches too. We have many who do the Indy Women’s half, the Indy Half marathon at Fort Ben and the Monumental Half, Full and 5k to name a few. Please contact me if you have questions at [email protected] We will also be training for the Indiana Women’s Trail Run. The date for that race in 2021 is pending.
Training is downtown on Monday evenings at 6pm at Kroger 227 W. Michigan St. Indianapolis, IN 46204. We meet upstairs on the Mezzanine. You may park for free in the parking garage located under Kroger. Questions? See our FAQ page.
